The name of S. Golabchi is synonymous with Marco Polo (see hunting Marco Polo Argali in Kyrgyzstan and also hunting Marco Polo Argali in Tajikistan) in the hunting world. Not only in quantity but also in quality as he has 7 or 8 rams over 60 inches. He must have hunted all but a few creatures that exist on the face of the earth. Konya sheep was one of the few exceptions that did not adorn his trophy room since the species was not available to trophy hunters for decades. Soudy did not waste any time to book the hunt when the Turkish Game Department issued the first tags for this highly sought after trophy animal. We only wish that like Marco Polo, Konya sheep hunting too becomes an addiction for him.
